Multi Management and Future Solutions Malaysia: Sunsuria Bhd will dispatch ventures worth RM1 billion in gross advancement esteem (GDV) in the budgetary year finishing September 30 2017, with the mass in its lead Sunsuria City in Salak Tinggi, Selangor.
CEO Koong Wai Seng said near RM700 million worth of ventures will be dispatched at Sunsuria City and the rest through another improvement called Sunsuria Seventh Avenue in Setia Alam, Selangor.
"While the property market has backed off in the previous six to 12 months, our prior dispatches at Sunsuria City and The Forum @ Seventh Avenue had gotten empowering reaction from the general population.
"These activities will keep on fueling the development and income of the organization in the quick future, particularly since a large portion of the tasks are landed business properties that charge better edge and shorter culmination period," he told Business Times in a meeting as of late.
He said the organization arrangements to dispatch The Olive condos, Bell Suites SOHO and overhauled lofts, Monet Springtime, Monet Lily porch houses and Monet Gardens townhouses in Sunsuria City one year from now.
Sunsuria City is situated on a 212ha freehold plot and has a GDV of RM10 billion.
Koong said the township will stay with the occupied in the following eight to 10 years.
The Forum @ Seventh Avenue is a blended improvement with aggregate GDV of RM1.3 billion.
It will have a shopping center, adjusted lofts and office tower to be known as The Forum 2.
Koong said the organization is likewise hoping to secure more landbank with GDV of RM500 million to RM1 billion consistently.
"For the present, our landbank development will proceed in the Klang Valley and Greater Kuala Lumpur close Negri Sembilan," he said.
