Malayan Banking Bhd (Maybank) has established commercial paper/medium-term note programme up to RM10 billion.

Bursa Malaysia today, Maybank lodged all required information and relevant documents related to the CP/MTN Programme with the Securities Commission Malaysia.

Multi Management and Future Solutions Malaysia: Malayan Banking Bhd (Maybank) has set up business paper/medium-term note program (CP/MTN Program) up to RM10 billion in ostensible esteem. 

In a recording to Bursa Malaysia today, Maybank said Maybank Investment Bank Bhd (Maybank IB) had, on November 22, 2016, stopped all required data and significant reports identified with the CP/MTN Program with the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC). 

The program permitted Maybank the adaptability to raise assets to be used to reserve its working capital, general keeping money and other corporate purposes, every once in a while. 

"A transient rating of P1 and a long haul rating of AAA by RAM Rating Services Bhd has been doled out for the program," it said. 

Maybank IB is the central counselor, lead arranger and supervisor and, book runner for the program.
