Corporate Guarantee Corporation Malaysia Bhd expects to see its direct lending fund of RM100 million grow by at least 30 per cent in 2017.

In 2015, the amount shot up to RM65 million, and this year, it hit the RM100 million mark.

Multi Management and Future Solutions Malaysia: Corporate Guarantee Corporation Malaysia Bhd (CGC) hopes to see its immediate loaning asset of RM100 million develop by no less than 30 for every penny in 2017. 

The rotating direct loaning reserve, focusing on Malaysian SME-new businesses, has been consistently developing since it started with a RM30 million assignment in 2014. 

In 2015, the sum shot up to RM65 million, and this year, it hit the RM100 million stamp. 

Moreover, CGC boss business officer Leong Weng Choong said that the office will dispatch another reserve one year from now focusing on Bumiputera SMEs. 

He said this to journalists at the CGC Development Program's workshop, entitled 'Section to hypermarket' here today. 

The workshop, including speakers from hypermarkets like Tesco and Giant, plans to help SMEs in the F&B (nourishment and drink) area pick up learning on the most proficient method to approach getting rack space in megastores, both locally and universally. 

At present, CGC's immediate financing make up just about ten for each penny of its aggregate financing, while whatever is left of its business contains credit assurances (of organizations) as its name proposes. 

CGC is 78.65 for every penny claimed by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), with the staying 21.35 for each penny possessed by business banks in Malaysia.
