Eagle High Plantations Tbk (EHP) expects its fresh fruit bunch (FFB) production in the fourth quarter of this year to rise by 12 per cent.

EHP’s FFB production in the first half of this year was 555,882 tonnes.

Multi Management and Future Solutions: PT Eagle High Plantations Tbk (EHP) expects its new natural product cluster (FFB) generation in the final quarter of this current year to ascend by 12 for every penny contrasted with a similar period a year ago. 

The evaluation depended on the generally youthful period of a large portion of their oil palm trees and the softening effect of El Nino this year, said the organization in an announcement. 

EHP's FFB creation in the main portion of this current year was 555,882 tons. The entire year figures for a year ago and 2014 were 1.418 million tons and 1.395 million tons, separately. 

"The ascent in the FFB generation is normal as the greater part of the organization's oil palm trees are still at a moderately youthful age. Besides, it is likely that the El Nino effect will die down this period," said PT EHP organization secretary Deddy Setiadi, here. 

Government Land Development Authority (Felda) declared yesterday that it had marked an arrangement with Rajawali Group to obtain a noteworthy stake in the last's EHP, one of Indonesia's biggest palm oil firms. 

Under the assention, Felda backup, FIC Properties Sdn Bhd (FICP), will gain a 37 for every penny stake in the Jakarta-recorded EHP for US$505.4 million (RM2.26 billion). 

In the announcement, Deddy said EHP had begun the operation of one palm oil process with a limit of 45 tons for each hour a month ago. It is situated in Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan, as larger part of the oil palm trees in the company's few bequests in Ketapang is prepared to gather. 

"The organization has possessed the capacity to keep up the consistency of their unrefined palm's oil extraction rate at more than 23.5 for every penny," he included. 

Also, the organization has actualized practical administration of their oil palm bequests as required by the legislature through the ISPO (Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil) accreditation.
