As a global player in the LNG industry, we hope
to replicate the success of the PETRONAS LNG complex in other parts of the
world. The involvement of PETRONAS in the Egyptian LNG project and the Dragon
LNG regasification terminal in Milford Haven, Wales, United Kingdom signify our
entry into European markets.
PETRONAS has also acquired a substantial stake
in Santos Gladstone LNG Project in Australia. This project will greatly benefit
from our technical expertise and leverage on our capability in LNG shipping.
This collaboration marks our first ever investment in coal seam gas (CSG)
assets, paving our entry into the Australian CSG industry.
